Charles W. Reed III serves as President of Teal Construction, Inc., continuing the company's longstanding tradition of quality construction and service throughout Delaware and the surrounding region.

Charles brings extensive experience in the construction industry and a hands-on understanding of the work that drives Teal Construction forward. His leadership focuses on maintaining the high standards, strong relationships, and commitment to quality that have defined the company since its founding in 1968.

Charles oversees Teal Construction's operations across a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects, working closely with employees, customers, subcontractors, and industry partners. He believes the company's success is built on its people, dependable performance, and the trust developed with clients over decades of doing business.

Beyond his leadership at Teal Construction, Charles is actively involved with Associated Builders and Contractors Delaware (ABC Delaware), where he serves on the Board of Directors and has held the position of Secretary. His involvement with ABC Delaware reflects his commitment to supporting the construction industry, strengthening industry relationships, and promoting continued growth and development throughout Delaware.
