Jeffrey (Jeff) Wark serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Teal Construction, Inc. in Dover, Delaware, a role he has held since May 2007. As CFO, Jeff directs the company's complete financial strategy and daily administrative framework. His responsibilities encompass preparing core financial statements, conducting comprehensive contract reviews, directing accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, and managing human resources and general office functions. He also serves as the primary executive liaison to Teal's banking partners, insurance agents, and external accountants.

Jeff brings over a decade of high-level banking and credit management experience to his leadership at Teal Construction. Before joining the company, he served as Vice President of the Commercial Loan Department at The First National Bank of Wyoming, where he oversaw a $50 million construction loan portfolio. His background also includes extensive work as a loan underwriter, portfolio analyst, and field examiner for Wachovia Bank and PNC Bank.

Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
