Teal Construction, Inc. is a
general contracting firm specializing in underground
utility construction and infrastructure development and
consulting services.
Teal was founded in 1968 in
Dover, Delaware as an underground utility company
installing sewer main, water line and storm sewer
piping. Over the years the company has completed jobs
for state and municipal governments as well as many
private developers. Teal is a leader in the utility
construction industry utilizing state of the art
technology such as computer aided estimating and
equipment operation software.
Our over 70 full time employees
including our seasoned management staff and field
supervisors make for a unique blend of talent.
